These are one piece metallic spring coupling having radial silts at specific intervals to achieve the misalignment compensation. They have the capability to transmit torque with zero axial backlashes in both clock wise and anti clock wise direction. They are primarily available in aluminum alloys and stainless steel for corrosive applications; these can be supplied with pilot bores, as well as with finish bores.
Our encoder couplings are mainly made of aluminum alloy, stainless Steel or nylon depending on the applications. They are machined from a single piece and have multiple spiral cuts to achieve the flexibility required to compensate the angular and offset misalignment also, at the same time the backlash is eliminated. These couplings are mainly used in connecting optical encoders and small motors up to a maximum speed to 8000 rpm. The bore sizes are available from 3mm to 20mm as standard.
These coupling are with stainless steel lamina discs to absorb the parallel, angular misalignment and shaft end play. They have high torisional stiffness and are light weight with good response. They can be used up to a maximum rpm as high as 8000rpm. They have good torque transmission capacity in both clockwise and anticlockwise direction. These couplings are mainly used for servo motor applications in CNC machines like CNC turning, Vertical machining centres etc.
